It Began with Personal Renewal

IAC was not created as a business.
It began from our own experience of losing our physical and

mental well-being and the process of restoring it.

We started by sharing what we learned with those closest to us—family and friends.

From there, it took shape in Hawaii as a small dojo.

Not expansion, but connection.
Not strategy, but continuation.

IAC still exists as an extension of that path.

自分たちが心身の健康を損ねた経験、そしてそこから回復してきた過程が、その原点にあります。

その学びを、まずは身近な家族や友人に共有することから始まり、ハワイで、小さな道場として形になりました。
